An efficacious training programme that considers your individual needs and preferences and reflects your goals. Up to two 45 minute sessions per week, with each session being bespoke to you and your goals.
 
A high level of coaching; I aim to develop your lifting skill, so you can be confident in the knowledge that you are performing lifts correctly and safely.

Nutrition guidance suitable for both your lifestyle and your goal. 

Regular feedback and contact during and beyond your training sessions to help you stay accountable and on track. Your time with me doesn’t end when your session does. You have access to me via app or direct messaging. 

I am passionate about training and nutrition and I hope to foster and develop this in my clients. At the end of the day, your health and fitness shouldn’t be a chore, it should empower your life!
